摘    要:针对Inconel 718加工时,切削效率低和刀具磨损严重,通过角正交试验对Sialon陶瓷刀具超高速切削Inconel 718的刀具寿命及磨损机理进行了研究,同时利用等效率-等寿命响应曲面法,对切削参数进行了优化,获得了干切削状态下刀具寿命的经验公式,得到陶瓷刀具超高速切削Inconel 718主要的磨损机理是粘结磨...
