| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会，是我们党从全面建设小康社会，不断开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发作出的战略决策。构建社会主义和谐社会，是一项艰巨的历史任务和浩大的系统工程，要成就这一伟业，就必须从世界观和方法论的高度，抓住根本，用矛盾的观点合理解读社会主义和谐社会，这样才能找到正确的思路和可行的方法，以加快构建和谐社会的进程。
