大型轴流转桨式水轮机增容改造的可行性分析

摘    要:
针对水轮机运行以及电站尾水位下切偏离工况的实际情况,提出在现有边界条件不变的情况下,基于现代水轮机开发及制造技术,设计一个经过局部改型的增容转轮。既可提高水轮机运行效率与水能利用率,增加电站发电量,又能消除水轮机发电机组存在的缺陷隐患,提高机组运行安全稳定性,延长机组检修周期,降低运维成本,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:
Based on the running and working condition of hydro-turbine and the deviation of water level of draft tube from actual power plant situation, this paper puts forward a modern turbine development and manufacturing technology on the basis of the existing boundary conditions, and designs an up rating runner by local modification. It can not only improve the efficiency and the utilization rate of water turbine, but also increase the power plant generating capacity. Mean while it can eliminate the potential defects of the hydro-generating unit, enhance the stability and safety, prolong maintenance cycle, reduce operational costs and so on. Therefore it has remarkable economic and social benefits.
