| 摘 要： | 本文从高校教师业务档案建设的角度论述了有效的档案管理工作对于高校人力资源开发与管理的重要作用。文章根据高校人才及其职业发展的特点，论述了高校人事档案的特殊性及其重要意义，通过建构高校教师业务档案建设的模式，提出通过加强业务档案资源的整合、利用，提升人力资本价值。

| Abstract: | The paper discussed the important role of the archives management for the exploitation and development of human resources in colleges and universities from the angle of professional files of col- lege and university teachers. It discussed the particularities and significance of personnel archives based on the features of faculty and their profession development. By constructing the pattern of teacher pro- fessional files, the paper brought up the opinion of promoting the manpower capital value through the in- tegration and utilization of professional files resources. |
