宽温、高压工作电解液的研制

摘    要:介绍了混合溶剂体系,高压(350~400 V)、宽温(40 ~ +105℃)工作电解液的研制。发现以癸二酸铵作主溶质,添加适当副溶质GPA及优质添加剂的电解液具有耐腐蚀、高闪火电压、高氧化效率及高稳定等特点。用此电解液制作CD293X(400 V 220 mF)规格的电容器通过了105℃、1 000 h负荷寿命试验和105 ℃、500 h的高温贮存试验。

Abstract:A mixed solvent series working electrolyte for aluminum electrolytic capacitors has been developed with sebacic acid, GPA and its ammonium salt as solute. It features high spark voltage, high corruption resistance and high stability. The operating voltage is 350 ~ 400 V and temperature range 40 ~ +105℃. The CD293X (400 V,220 mF) capacitor made from the electrolyte is accepted in the load life test (105℃, 1 000 h) and the high temperature storage test (105℃, 500 h).
