摘    要:为了改善弹药除锈修理作业环境,提高除锈的效果和效率,促进弹药修理的现代化.在弹药锈蚀原因和危害的基础上,阐述目前弹药除锈方法、存在的缺点和不足.从维修费效比的综合权衡更加合理考虑,提出利用一种新型的弹药除锈方法--三相磨料射流技术弹药除锈,分析三相磨料射流技术弹药除锈的机理、优点、工作原理和设备组成,并通过试验证明三相磨料射流除锈的可行性.得出结论:利用三相磨料射流技术对弹药除锈具有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:In order to improve the condition of ammunition rust-removing, increase the efficiency and effect and promote the modernization of ammunition repair, on the basis of discussing the reasons and endangers on ammunition rust-removing, the methods and techniques of ammunition rusty-removing at present are introduced. The existent disadvantages and shortcomings are analyzed. For the reasonable ratio of repair expenses and effects, the ammunition rusty-removing equipment by 3-phase abrasive water jet is put forward. Then the principle, feasibility, strongpoint,equipment makeup are analyzed. And the feasibility of 3-phase abrasive water jet on ammunition by test is proved. The 3-phase abrasive water jet on ammunition rust-removing has a great potentiality to be widely used.
