| 摘 要： | 从投标报价阶段、合同签订阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段四个方面浅析了施工企业工程造价的全过程管理,指出施工企业应运用多种管理方法和手段加强造价管理,不断开拓降低工程成本的新方法和新途径,以逐步提高施工企业的工程造价管理水平。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the overall-process management of construction cost of construction enterprises from that at the stage of tender offer,the stage of signing contract,the construction stage,and the stage of final account,and points out that construction enterprises should apply a number of methods and measures,strengthen cost management,and explore new methods and ways to reduce construction cost,in order to improve construction cost management level of construction enterprises. |
