摘    要:10MW高温气冷实验堆(HTR-10)一回路安全泄放系统安装两台核一级氦气安全阀,该阀对反应堆一回路进行超压保护,是保证HTR—10安全的重要设备之一。本文介绍了氦气安全阀的密封要求与密封结构特点,并按相关规范要求对其密封性能进行了试验,其验结果表明安全阀的密封性能满足设计要求,达到了核规范的标准。

Abstract:Two set helium safety valves are installed in the safety discharge system for the primary loop of 10MW High Temperature Helium Cooled Test Reactor(HTR 10), they are nuclear safety class 1 component and one of the key devices to guarantee the safety of HTR 10. The present paper gives the seal requirements and structural peculiarity of the helium safety valves. And the demonstration test for seal performance of the helium safety valves was carried out in special test system according to the requirement of ASME Section III code. The test result showed that the sealing performance of the helium safety valves can meet the design requirement and relevant nuclear code.
