直馏柴油无碱脱酸方法及效果评价

介绍了采用脱酸剂s对直馏柴油进行脱酸精制方法，结果表明，当原料酸度为20．00mgKOH／100mL时，S剂的加入量为400μg／g即可，S剂的加入量应随原料油酸度而变化；精制脱酸油的酸度应以尽量接近0为宜。对采用脱酸剂S精制柴油的效果进行评价，结果表明，对成品柴油质量无不良影响，在柴油罐底水中加入3％的抗乳化剂A和0．2％抗酸度回升剂E可解决脱酸油乳化及遇水酸度回升问题。直馏柴油无碱脱酸成本简要概算为2．922元／t油。

Deacidification of Straight-run Diesel in the Absence of Alkali and Its Effects

The methods using chemical agent S for deacidification of straight - run diesel were introduced. The result showed that it was desirable when the chemical agent S was added at 400 μg/g to the straight - run diesel with acidity of 20.00 mgKOH/100 mL. The dosage of chemical agent S depended on the acidity of straight - run diesel . It was desirable when the acidity of refined deacidified oil was zero. The deacidification of straight - run diesel was evaluated and the ：result showed that the addition of chemical agent S had no negative effects on the quality of diesel. The addition of 3% A and 0.2% E could prevent diesel from emulsification and increasing of acidity when contacted wiith water. The cost of deacidification of straight - run diesel was about 2.922 yuan per ton of oil.
