装配式挡墙砌块剪切试验研究

提出了一种新型装配式挡墙榫卯结构砌块,并对砌块不同组合模式下的层间抗剪强度进行了试验研究。结果表明,单一砌块随着榫卯数量的增加,其抗剪强度逐渐降低;竖向压力与砌块抗剪强度正相关,增加竖向压力能提高砌块抗剪强度,但是效果并不理想;进一步提出了砌块抗剪强度计算公式,进行了榫卯数量影响因素修正,公式计算结果与实测值符合较好,为进一步研究砌块挡墙的抗剪承载力提供了理论支持。

Shear test on the block of prefabricated retaining wall

A new type of block with tenon structure of prefabricated retaining wall is proposed.A series of experiments about interlayer shear strength of blocks under different combination modes have been done.It turns out that,for a single block,the shear strength is decreasing with the number of tenon increasing.Another that the vertical pressure has a positive correlation with the shear strength of block.It can improve the shear strength of block by increasing the vertical pressure,but the effect is not good.Furthermore,a formula for the shear strength calculating of the block is proposed.And the factor about the effect of the number of tenon is modified.The calculated results agrees well with the measured.It provides theoretical support for further research on shear capacity of block retaining wall.
