| 摘 要： | 本文根据新疆农业化发展实际,在调查、采集国家、行业、地方等农业标准开展新疆农业技术标准需求分析的基础上,提出了以GB/T 13016-2009《标准体系表编制原则和要求》为研究依据的新疆农业技术标准体系建设的主要思路,建立了新疆农业技术标准体系构架.

| Abstract: | The thesis according to the reality of the agricultural mechanization development of Xinjiang,based on the investigatement,collection of national,professional,regional etc.agricultural standard to develop the agricultural technical standard requirement analysis of Xinjiang,brought up the main thought of the agricultural technical standard system’s construction of Xinjiang which researched according to the standard GB/T 13016-2009,The principle and requirement of the standard system form’s organization,and established the frame of the agricultural technical standard system of Xinjiang. |
