尿烷取代聚二炔PDA薄膜制备及其光开关特性的研究

摘    要:采用旋涂法PMMA微掺杂克服了膜层中的微晶现象,制备了质量较高的尿烷取代聚二乙炔薄膜,膜厚1.2μm,采用8ns脉冲激光测试了其全光开关特性,开关时间分别为10ns和36ns。

Abstract:High optical quality film of polydiacetylene substituted by urethylane was fabricated with PMMA doping and by spin-coating method and its optical switching property was measured. The switch-on time and switch off time of the optical switch are 10ns and 36ns, respectively.
