轿车子午线轮胎胎圈护胶配方优化

摘    要:对轿车子午线轮胎胎圈护胶配方进行研究以降低轮胎与轮辋的装配操作难度.结果表明,在适当减小NR比例和增大BR比例的同时调整补强体系,可在保证胎圈护胶刚性等基本物理性能的前提下减小胎圈护胶与轮辋之间的干、湿摩擦力,从而提高轮胎装配质量和装配效率.

Abstract:The bead chafer compound of PCR tire was optimized to reduce the difficulty of assembling tire and rim.The results showed that,by reducing the ratio of NR properly,increasing the ratio of BR and adjusting reinforcing system,the dry and wet frictional forces were decreased without changing the basic physical properties such as rigidity of bead chafer,the quality and efficiency of tire assemblage were improved consequently.
