丹江口水库汛限水位动态控制的可行性研究

摘    要:丹江口水库调度中所使用的汛限水位“静态控制法”在当前水库控制运用中存在一些问题,且产生了多方面的负面影响。对丹江口水库汛限水位实施动态控制的可行性进行了分析,并从流域汇流特点、水文气象预报与网络通信技术水平、汉江流域水库梯级开发现状和丹江口水库近50 a的运行管理经验4个方面进行了详细论证。结果表明,丹江口水库汛限水位实施动态控制是可行的,且能实现更好的兴利效益。

Abstract:There are some problems and many negative influences in the operation of Danjiangkou Reservoir that adopts static control of flood control level at present.The feasibility of dynamic control of flood control level is analyzed and demonstrated from the aspects of basin confluence characteristics,hydrological forecast level and network communication,cascade reservoirs development situation and 50 years of experiences in operation and administration of Danjiangkou Reservoir.The results show that the implement of dynamic control of flood control level in Danjiangkou Reservoir is feasible and can realize better economic profit.
