瀑布沟大坝施工临建系统变更与合同费用管理

砾石土筛分、运输系统及砂石骨料加工系统是瀑布沟水电站大坝工程重要的施工临建系统。介绍了该工程施工临建系统在招投标阶段确定的招标方案及投标报价。由于特殊原因，在施工阶段发生了实施方案技术变更，从而导致合同费用大幅度调整。为了避免这种较大的调整给工程建设带来影响，提出了加强招投标文件中有关临建设施部分的审查、合理确定调整方案、切实做好变更费用审核工作等措施，以保证工程顺利实施。

Changes and contract cost management of temporary construction systems in Pubugou Hydropower Station

The important temporary construction systems of Pubugou Hydropower Station include gravel screening,transport system and aggregate process system.The bidding scheme and quoted price determined in the bidding stage of the temporary construction systems are introduced.Due to some special conditions,in the construction stage,the temporary construction system changed largely,resulting in large adjustment of contract investment.To avoid such large adjustment,in combination with practical condition of the project.In order to control investment of temporary construction systems and guarantee the smooth construction,the measures of strengthening check on the temporary construction facilities,rationally determining adjustment scheme,and doing a good audit on investment change examination etc.are suggested.
