摘    要:以葛南直流输电系统为例,将顺控逻辑及动作整定值作为切入点,利用ABB公司的故障录波软件,分析了大地回线和金属回线转换过程中因非转换极极线路电流过低所造成的切换失败率高的问题,并提出更改控制系统中关于钳制电位点顺控逻辑的解决方法,采取该方法后上述问题在调试和实际运行中未再次出现。

Abstract:Taking Ge-Nan HVDC transmission system for example and regarding sequential control logic and setting value as the breakthrough point, by use of fault waveform recording software developed by ABB the high failure rate of switching-over caused by low current of polar-line in non-switch-polar during the transition between ground return (GR) and metal return (MR) is analyzed. To solve this problem the authors propose an approach to change the sequential control logic of potential clamping point in control system. Applying the proposed approach the high failure rate of switching-over is eliminated in commissioning and actual operation of HVDC transmission system.
