摘    要:本论文利用过氧化氢降解法研究了蝇蛆壳甲壳胺低聚糖的制备条件及产物的吸湿保湿性,通过对降解产物得率和过氧化氢残留的分析,确定了最佳降解条件,探讨了脱乙酰度、降解时间等因素对产物吸湿保湿性的影响,并与虾壳甲壳胺低聚糖的制备条件和吸湿保湿性进行比较。

Abstract:In this paper, preparation and of chitosan oligomers from housefly was studied with hydrogen peroxide. The optimum condition was determined by the yield of oligomers and residue of H2O2. The hygroscopicity and moisture retention of different products that vary from DD and time of degradation were also discussed. The preparation condition and characterization of chitosan oligomers from shirimp shells were compared.
