摘    要:荆门分公司催化裂解装置由于使用高堆密度催化剂,再生立管出现了气固输送故障,对反应温度和产品收率影响较大。采取改进措施后取得了显著效果,液化气收率可提高约4个百分点,丙烯收率可提高1-3个百分点。

Abstract:The gas solid transportation of regenerated catalyst in the standpipe of DCC unit in Jingmen Petrochemical Company was abnormal with using high density catalyst, which affected the reactor temperature and product yields. After taking improving measures, the problem was solved, and the LPG and propylene yields increased by 4 and 1-3 percentages respectively.
