摘    要:通过研究分析柴油机现有磨合规范,提出改进的磨合规范,并在实际使用的柴油机上做了实测性试验.利用表面粗糙度仪、光谱分析仪、分析铁谱仪,对柴油机相关摩擦副的磨合试验结果进行了研究分析.试验结果表明,通过分析汽缸套、活塞环磨损量及检验润滑油成分,缩短磨合时间是可行性的;采用优化后的磨合工艺磨合,在有效保证柴油机的磨合质量的前提下,柴油机总的台架磨合时间可以由原来的30min缩短为20min.

Abstract:The improved running-in criteria was proposed by investigating and analyzing the running-in criteria existed, and the measurement test was carried out on the diesel engine of actual use. Using surface roughness tester, spectrometer and ferrography tester, this article studied the running-in test results of friction pairs related about diesel engine. The results show that the running-in time shortening is feasible by analyzing the worn volume of the piston ring and cylinder liners and the total running-in time of diesel engine on bench is shortened from 30 min to 20 min under ensuring the running-in quality of diesel engine effectively, by using the optimized running-in process.
