秦饮食文化的宿命和轮回

摘    要:秦饮食文化是中国周、秦、汉、唐饮食文明的概括,是中国饮食文化的发源滥觞,其广博深厚的内涵描述了中国人饮食生活的基本纲纪.文化体系的发展、兴盛、衰微受政治、经济、科学、社会、心理等要素的制约.近年来秦饮食文化的“刘郎又来”,一方面是饮食文化本身的生命特征所致,另一方面秦菜以客户的体验满足为诉求,秦饮食文化主题契合了体验经济的需求,因而具有很好的发展前景.

Abstract:Dietetic culture in Qing dynasty is the general dietetic civilization in ancient China and the birth-place of Chinese dietetic culture. It describes the life of the Chinese people's basic dietary discipline. The de-velopment, prosperity and decline of cultural system is constrained by political, economic, scientific, social and psychological elements. In recent years, dietetic culture in Qing dynasty comes back because of the char-acteristics of dietetic culture and nature of Qing cuisine itself which focuses on satisfying customer experience. In an age of experience economy, the cultural theme of Qing cuisine will naturally have a bright future.
