| Abstract: | Starting from the RHF process flow for wire rod and bar mill, the paper introduces in detail time sequence in actions of all equipment, makes time sequence diagram, compares discharging pace for billets of different sizes and under different outputs and analyzes the factors that limit discharging pace so as to provide reference data for reasonable configuration of RHF capacity and formulation of discharging pace and time sequence in actions of all equipment. |
