实际薄膜干涉的若干问题讨论

摘    要:由于实现薄膜表面的反射率差别很大,研究薄膜干涉方法应该有所区别,当薄膜表面的反射率大时,只考虑薄膜产生双光束干涉是不严格的,必须考虑多光束干涉,采用复振幅叠加方法得到反射光和透射光形成干涉条条纹对应光强分布公式,然后研究了多光束干涉对条纹的可见度和锐度的影响,当单色光斜入射薄膜表面时,其反射光和折射光都是部分偏振光,因此精确计算实际薄膜干涉结果时应考虑其偏振特性的影响,通过利用菲涅尔公式研究了偏振特性对薄膜干涉结果的影响。

Abstract:Because reflectivity of practical thin film surface have more difference, its studied method must have differ. when reflectivity of thin film surface is bigger, it is inexactness that interference between double light beam is only taken into account, the interference between multiple light beam must be taken into account. the method of complex amplitude superposition was adopted, it was derived the intensity of light distribution formula about interference fringe correspondence reflected light or transmission light, thence the effect of stripy visibility and sharpness was studied .when incidence direction of monochromatic light isn't vertical arrow on thin film surface, both reflected light and transmission light were partially polarized light , therefore accurately result need be taken into account polarized character when interference in practical thin film was studied . Fresnel formula was utilized ,the resultant effect is bigger when polarized phenomena was taken into account.
