| 摘 要： | 采用基于消息驱动的星型集成模式实现PDM/CAx系统的紧密集成,将事物特性表(SML)技术与参数化CAx技术相结合,支持从管理层面到实现层面的快速变型设计.在PDM系统中利用SML建立产品族信息模型,支持产品族数据的存储、查询、识别、比较和选择,在CAx系统中实施尺寸驱动、工艺规程派生等变型功能.目前该软件系统已经应用于汽车企业、邮电设备企业.

| Abstract: | CAx systems are integrated with PDM system by adopting message-driven Hub?Spoke integrated mode.Tabular layout of article characteristics(SML)technology is combined with parametric CAx technologies to support variant design.In PDM system,the product family information model based on SML is built to store,query,identify,compare and choose the product family data.In CAx systems,variant design functions such as dimension-driven design and process plan derivation are implemented.The software system is applied in automobile enterprises and communication equipment enterprises. |
