摘    要:为提高压力机机身的综合性能,以JM36—250闭式压力机为例,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对创建的三维模型进行静态、模态有限元分析。根据分析结果利用与SolidWorks无缝集成有限元分析软件COSMOSXpress对压力机机身进行局部尺寸结构优化。通过对机身分析和优化,为压力机轻量化设计提供了重要的参考价值。

Abstract:To improve the combination mechanical properties of forcing press frame.this paper takes the JM36-250 straight side press of as an example, and takes advantage of finite element analysis software ANSYS . applies FEM to analyze the model of static and dynamic on the creation of three-dimensional model,of which the results can be used to the analysis software COSMOSXpress of the solidworks to carry out structural optimization of the local size of the press frame. By the analysis and optimization of the frame, it provides great reference value to lightening design of press frame for reducing frame weight.
