摘    要:采用粉末冶金法在保护气氛下制备Cu-MoS2复合材料,用X射线衍射(XRD)和光电子能谱分析(XPS)技术对烧结前、后的试样进行物相和成分分析。研究二硫化钼的含量对复合材料烧结过程和性能的影响。通过热力学分析对烧结过程中的反应进行了讨论。结果表明,在烧结过程中MoS2并未与H2反应,而只与基体铜发生两步反应,分别生成复杂的铜钼硫化合物、Cu的硫化物和单质Mo。且随着MoS2含量的增加,烧结产物有规律地发生变化,复合材料的抗弯强度大幅度减小,电阻率明显升高。热力学分析与XRD和XPS测试结果相吻合。

Abstract:Cu-MoS_2 composites were prepared by powder metallurgy route in a hydrogen atmosphere.The phases and composition of the composites were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The influence of MoS_2 addition on mechanical properties of the composites and its sintering process,during which the reactions were discussed with thermodynamics analysis,were investigated.It is found that,in sintering process,MoS_2 only reacts with Cu to form compounds of Cu,Mo and S,cop...
