一种大过载超小型张力倾角复合传感器的设计

摘    要:为了实现多参数综合测量,设计出一种张力倾角复合传感器。利用电阻应变计组成的全桥电路实现张力的测量,利用加速度原理测量倾角,采用模块化设计理念,张力测量模块与倾角测量模块独立工作互不影响,实现小型化高精度测量。经过试验测量:该传感器张力准确度优于0.1%FS,倾角准确度优于0.05%FS,零点漂移小于0.05%FS/h,热零点漂移小于0.002%FS/℃,达到单个传感器的技术水平。

Abstract:A type of tension and angle multiplex sensor is designed in order to achieve multi-parameter measurement.It is used full bridge circuit by resistance strain gauge to achieve the tension measurement,and the principle of acceleration to measure the inclination.The tension measurement module and angle measurement module work independently to achieve the miniaturization of high-precision measurement via modular design concept.
