Y445-150型防中途坐封安全处理封隔器

针对常规封隔器作业时存在的中途坐封、丢手失败、承受双向压力能力差等导致一次成功率低的问题,研制了Y445—150型防中途坐封安全处理封隔器。该型封隔器设计了防中途坐封装置、后处理安全装置和分压装置,采用了液压坐封丢手、双锥体卡瓦锚定、机械内锁紧和上提下放管柱解封的结构,具有抗碰撞、坐封丢手灵活、防上滑、后处理方便、悬挂能力强及通径大等特点。胜利油田150多井次的应用表明,该型封隔器的下井、打压坐封、丢手一次成功率均在98％以上。在直井、斜井和水平井作业中,可用于悬挂管柱、作桥塞、卡封及堵水等。

Model Y445-150 packer with halfway seating and sealing preventing unit

Conventional packers have problems of halfway seating and sealing, releasing failure, poor ability of suffering dual directional pressure and so on, and these result in low success rate of seating in one time. A model Y445-150 packer is developed. The packer is provided with halfway seating and sealing preventing unit, post treatment safe unit and pressure dispersing unit, and adopts the hydraulic seating and releasing, dual-conic clamp anchoring, inside mechanical locking, and releasing by moving the string up and down. Field use proves the packer has good performance.
