地铁隧道侧穿临近高层建筑施工工序优化研究

摘    要:以武汉地铁2号线洪山广场—中南路区间,双洞隧道近距离穿越高层建筑物群为例,采用Plaxis 3D有限元计算软件,模拟地铁双洞隧道矿山法开挖过程。分析隧道穿越建筑物前、侧穿过程以及离开后3个阶段建筑物的沉降、土层应力变化规律。并将不同施工方案引起的邻近高层建筑物结构沉降、应力重分布、塑性区分布以及倾斜情况进行对比分析。模拟结果表明,受隧道与建筑物的交互影响作用,先施工远离建筑物的隧洞施工的方案对邻近建筑影响最小,以此对隧道穿越高层建筑物的施工方案进行优化。
