铝合金构件振动时效工艺的试验研究

摘    要:对铝合金构件的振动时效工艺进行了研究,对矩形截面的铝合金试件预制了残余应力,并设计了振动时效工艺的试验方案,然后在一定的支承方式下对具有残余应力的铝合金构件进行了激振。实验结果表明,激振之后试件的残余应力数值得到了降低和均化,这对振动时效技术应用于消除铝合金结构中的残余应力提供了试验依据。

Abstract:This paper studies the technique of vibratory stress relief(VSR)for Alalloy structures. The residual stresses are produced for the rectangular crosssection samples of Al-alloy and the testing scheme of VSR technique is designed.Then the Al-alloy sample with residual stresses is vibrated at some certainsupporting conditions.The results of test show that the residual stresses of sampleare reduced after vibration.This provids the experimental support for the application of VSR in remoying the residual stresses of Al-alloy structures.
