摘    要:针对大型薄壁压铸件的客户需求,采用模拟软件进行材料的热物性参数模拟和铸造过程的模拟,对产品研发过程中的成分设计、模具设计以及工艺设计进行了有效的指导。结果表明,试制铸件平均抗拉强度达到293.41MPa,平均屈服强度达到200.21MPa,平均延伸率达到5.37%,具有优良的综合力学性能,且产品的内部质量符合ASTM E505 A3级要求,产品品质满足客户需求。

Abstract:According to the customer demand of large-scale thin-wall die-casting,the simulation software is used to simulate the thermal properties of materials and the casting process,which can effectively guide the design of chemical composition,mold and process in the product development process.The results show that the average tensile strength of the trial castings reaches 293.41MPa,the average yield strength reaches 200.21MPa,and the average elongation reaches 5.37%.The castings have excellent comprehensive mechanical properties.and the quality of the product meets the requirements of ASTM E505 A3 standard.
