降低烧结工序固体燃耗的研究与实践

摘    要:某钢厂2019年烧结固体燃耗居高不下,一季度烧结固体燃耗平均值:66.39kg/t,远高于全国平均水平(全国平均水平58kg/t),为改善烧结指标,降低烧结固体燃耗,降低公司烧结成本,从优化配矿结构、控制合适的混合料水份、降低烧结矿FeO含量等方面进行了研究。

Abstract:The sintering solid fuel consumption of a steel plant is still high in 2019.In the first quarter,the average value of sintering solid fuel consumption is 66.39kg/t,which is far higher than the national average level(58kg/T).In order to improve the sintering index,reduce the sintering solid fuel consumption,reduce the sintering cost of the company,the optimization of the ore mix structure,control of the appropriate mixture water content,and reduce the FeO content of the sinter have been carried out Research.
