机电设备自动化故障诊断系统设计

摘    要:为解决传统机电设备自动化故障诊断系统存在的精准度低、效果差的问题,提出了对自动化故障诊断系统进行优化设计方案,通过对机电设备自动化故障诊断系统的软硬件结构的优化设计,建立数据采集层、服务器层、命令交互层,并选用光时域反射仪NK2000故障光纤测试仪OTDR等作为系统硬件,通过信号转换为光信号形式,再经过光纤耦合器转换为电信号形式进行诊断。利用主动轮询采集方法采集故障数据,然后设立模块处理大量信息,最后利用模糊推理的方法定位故障位置,完成故障诊断系统的设计。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and poor effect of the traditional mechanical and electrical equipment automatic fault diagnosis system,an optimized design scheme for the automatic fault diagnosis system is proposed.The software and hardware structure of the automatic mechanical and electrical equipment fault diagnosis system is optimized to establish data.The acquisition layer,server layer,command interaction layer,and optical time domain reflectometer NK2000 fault fiber tester OTDR are used as system hardware.Signals are converted to optical signals and then converted to electrical signals through fiber couplers for diagnosis.The active polling acquisition method is used to collect fault data,and then a module is set up to process a large amount of information.Finally,the fuzzy inference method is used to locate the fault location and complete the design of the fault diagnosis system.
