摘    要:详细分析了某电厂660MW超临界锅炉空预器运行中出现空气预热器外侧热端传热元件倒伏、松散;空预器冷端元件严重损坏;空预器热端环形密封片损坏、脱落;热端径向自吻盒式密封脱落、磨损;热端扇形板严重磨损、变形等问题。通过在生产现场的试验和研究,针对每个问题提出了合理的解决方案,保证了空预器安全稳定运行。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the problems of the air preheater of the 660 MW supercritical boiler in a power plant such as the lodging and loosening of the hot-end heat transfer elements at the outward side of the air preheater,severe damage of its cold-end elements,the damage and drop of its hot-end ring sealing fins,the drop and abrasion of the hot-end radial self-sealing box-type seals and severe abrasion and deformation of the hot-end fan-shaped plates.Based on on-the-spot experiments and researches,it presents reasonable solutions to each problem to ensure the safe and stable operation of the air preheater.
