某铁矿尾矿分级浓缩及流变特性研究

摘    要:为实现某铁矿尾矿的安全处置,采用旋流器对该尾矿进行了分级浓缩试验,系统考察了给料压力和沉砂口直径对尾矿分级效果的影响。同时,对高浓度尾矿进行了流变特性分析。结果表明,采用Φ100长锥型旋流器能够实现该尾矿的高效分级浓缩,适宜的给料压力和沉砂口直径分别0.25MPa和18mm,旋流器底流浓度和产率分别达到73.03%和62.18%。为保证良好的输送性能,尾矿浓度应控制在74%以下。

Abstract:To realize the safe disposal of an iron ore tailings,classified thickening test was carry out using hydrocyclone.The effects of feeding pressure and grit chamber diameter on the classification,as well as the rheological properties of high concentration tailings were investigated.Test results showed that high-efficiency thickening of the tailings was achieved using aφ100 hydrocyclone with suitable conditions of 0.25 MPa and 18 mm.The concentration and underflow yield are 73.03%and 62.18%respectively.In order to ensure good transport performance,tailings concentration should be controlled below 74%.
