冶炼厂废弃设备的拆除方案及安全防护措施研究

摘    要:针对冶炼厂废弃设施、设备的拆除问题,采取爆破方式安全拆除了一座废弃烟囱。针对冶炼厂周边冶炼设施、设备复杂问题、烟囱高耸倾斜、筒体开裂问题,通过分析,选择较大角度的爆破切口,在合理位置设置定向窗,确保了确保了倾斜状态烟囱倒塌方向精准,从而保护了周边其他金属冶炼相关设施,同时对容易产生爆破粉尘处采取湿化处理,减少了爆破扬尘。可为类似冶炼厂设施的拆除施工提供经验。

Abstract:An abandoned chimney of a smelter was demolished by blasting.For non-polluted smelting facilities,equipment complex,chimney tower tilted problems,through the analysis of choosing larger Angle of blasting cut,directional window is set in a reasonable position,ensures that ensures that the slant of chimney collapsing direction accurately,thus protecting the surrounding other metal smelting facilities at the same time easy to blasting dust place to adopt wet processing,reduce the blasting dust.It can provide experience for similar brick chimney demolition of smelter.
