金川龙首矿粗骨料充填料浆离析机理的研究

摘    要:在矿山充填的过程中,需要利用管道的水力进行输送,如果想要保证料浆不会在复杂的工况下发生离析,就需要从多个环节入手,保证充填体的强度。基于此,本文简要阐述了金川龙首矿的地质特点以及采矿的工艺,分析了龙首矿粗骨料充填料浆发生离析现象的原因,并分别从胶凝剂的控制、砂料的控制以及料浆的浓度控制等方面,提出金川龙首矿粗骨料充填料浆离析的控制方法。

Abstract:In the process of mine filling,the hydraulic transmission of pipeline is needed.If we want to ensure that the slurry will not be separated under complex working conditions,we need to start from multiple links to ensure the strength of the filling body.Based on this,this paper briefly describes the geological characteristics and mining technology of Longshou Mine in Jinchuan,analyzes the causes of the segregation of the coarse aggregate filling slurry in Longshou Mine,and puts forward the control methods of the segregation of the coarse aggregate filling slurry in Longshou Mine in Jinchuan from the aspects of gelling agent control,sand material control and slurry concentration control.
