摘    要:
利用实际运行数据,通过作图法分析、计算安顺发电厂凝结水泵两次节能改造的原理、可行性及节能量。初步改造方法为减少叶轮级数,以减少扬程富裕量。在此基础上,后续的变频调速改造是利用变速调节来代替出口节流调节,以降低节流损失。

Abstract:
The principle,feasibility and the energy saved of the two energy-conservation modifications for condensate pumps in Anshun Power Plant were analyzed and calculated by graphical construction using practical operational data.The pump lift margin was first reduced by decreasing the number of impeller stages.Then the technique of frequency control was utilized in place of outlet throttle governing to decrease throttling loss.
