摘    要:目的 对旅游APP以用户为中心的体验构建模式进行分析。方法 以旅游APP中移情体验的剖析为基点,深入探讨日常旅游体验的情感转移对于用户理解产品的重要意义,并对用户产品使用行为以及产生现象进行研究,利用移情与共情两种心理状态理解用户在旅游APP中体验的方式、内容和程度。结论 阐明移情与共情体验构建的关联与差异,提出了用户信息行为的预见与补偿、用户旅游形象的设定与聚类等共情体验的构建方法。依据共情体验中理解、效用、认同3个层次的关联性分析,提出了“移情—共情”的体验模式,涵盖了用户研究、设计元素、使用行为与情景等构建产品体验的内容要素,阐释了用户如何理解信息、使用信息和创造信息。通过对用户需求的理解来推测其行为,对行为方式的理解来设计信息搜寻路径,站在用户的认知角度上选择设计元素,为以用户体验为中心的产品提供方法论的指导。

Abstract:The work aims to analyze the user-centered experience construction model of tourism App. Based on the analysis of transference experience in tourism App, the significance of the emotional transfer of the daily travel experience to the user''s understanding of the product was deeply explored, and the user behavior of using products and resulting phenomena were studied. The way, content and degree of user experience in tourism App were understood with two psy-chological states including transference and empathy. The relationship and difference between transference and empathy experience construction are clarified, and the methods for the construction of empathy experience are put forward, such as the prediction and compensation of user information behavior, and the setting and clustering of user tourism image. On this basis, according to the correlation analysis on three levels like understanding, utility and identity in the empathy experience, the "transference-empathy" experience mode is put forward. It covers the content elements that construct the product experience, such as user research, design elements, use behavior and situation, and explains how users understand, use and create the information. Through the understanding of user needs, the user behaviors are inferred. Based on the understanding of behavioral pattern, the information search path is designed. In the perspective of the user''s cognition, the design elements are selected to provide methodological guidance for user experience-centered products.
