| 摘 要： | 以城镇体系为核心的空间规划是市场经济条件下政府宏观调控的重要手段.全国城镇体系规划针对我国城镇化和城镇发展的现状,从提高国家竞争力的角度分析城镇发展的需要,从资源环境角度分析城镇发展的可能,提出了东中西差别化的城镇化战略,立足城镇群和区域中心城市提出了多中心的城镇空间布局结构,对交通、能源、环境等支撑城镇发展的基础条件提出了规划要求,结合全国和跨地区需要协调的内容,提出了分省指引.

| Abstract: | National Spatial planning takes an important role in market-oriented economy countries. Chinese spatial development plan focuses on the analysis the needs and possibilities from national competition and resources and environmental capacity. The plan advances the urbanization guidelines of different regions, polycentric spatial structure and different provinces guidelines based on the regional coordination. |
