微型发动机系统原理性测试研究

摘    要:以小型以及厘米级的微型三角转子发动机为假想测试发动机的台架已经初步搭建完成,并且已经在空载下获得了30V的电动势。介绍了台架的机械与电气部分,同时给出了系统空载时的损耗曲线。这些都说明测试系统的总体构想是可行的。今后将搭载各种传感器,进一步测试发动机的性能。

Abstract:The testing rig, using the micro engine on the small and the centimeter scale as the supposed testing engine, has been preliminarily completed, and the electromotive force on 30 voltage has been gain in the no load condition. The mechanical and the electrical parts of the testing rig are introduced, and the losses curve of the system in the no load condition is given. All these have proven the idea about the framework of the testing system is workable. Next step, we will build in different kinds of sensors to measure the performance of the engines.
