聚合物改性抗裂防渗砂浆的试验

摘    要:在普通砂浆中掺入可再分散聚合物乳胶粉JF、纤维素醚BS及膨胀剂PZ等添加剂,通过正交试验配制出柔韧性、干缩性、抗渗性、粘结性、抗裂性良好的聚合物改性砂浆,对聚合物改性砂浆进行的性能试验结果表明,该砂浆的抗裂防渗作用明显优于普通砂浆。

Abstract:Polymer modified mortar with good flexibility,dry shrinkage,impermeability,binding property and crack resistance is prepared adding additive of re-dispersible polymer emulsion powder JF hydroxypropyl methylcellulose BS and expansion agent PZ into normal mortar by orthogonal experiment.The result of performance tests on polymer modified mortar show that this mortar obviously excels normal mortar in crack resistance and impermeability.
