一种变截面微穿孔板实验的等效模拟

摘    要:针对一种变截面微穿孔板进行了实验,并用传统微穿孔板理论对其实验结果进行了模拟。实验发现:对变截面微穿孔板的实验结果进行模拟近似后,其结果可以按照传统的微穿孔板理论进行设计,二者具有同样的吸声效果。模拟结果中的孔径都比较小,稍大于变截面微穿孔板的小孔孔径,比大孔孔径要小很多。模拟的板厚不一样时,孔间距会发生相应的变化。这些结果都有一个共性:这些模拟数据的传统微穿孔板是很难应用于实际工程中的,孔径、板厚和孔间距无疑限制了它的应用范围。所以此种设计的变截面微穿孔板可以实现无法在实际工程中应用的传统微穿孔板的吸声效果。

Abstract:A variable cross-section micro-perforated panel conducted experiments and simulated using conventional micro- perforated plate theory. It is found that: the simulate approximation of experimental results of variable cross-section micro- perforated plate can be designed according to the traditional micro-perforated plate theory, both of which have the same absorption effect. Simulation results are relatively small in thickness, slightly larger than the tapered micro-perforated plate smaller hole, but smaller than the bigger pore size. Simulated in different thickness, the hole spacing will change accordingly. These results have one thing in common: those simulated data based on the traditional micro-perforated plate is difficult to use in actual project, diame- ter, thickness and hole spacing will undoubtedly limit its application. So this kind of tapered micro-perforated panels can achieve the effect of the traditional micro-perforated sound-absorbing panels cannot be applied in practical projects.
