摘    要:近年来,人们在不断探索组织工程生物支架新的制备方法以提高其性能。本文综述了近年来激光加工组织工程生物材料研究概况,通过比较长脉冲激光和飞秒脉冲激光加工特点,展示了飞秒脉冲激光加工组织工程生物支架材料的独特优势。

Advances in research on laser techniques for the fabrication of the tissue engineering scaffold

Abstract:Reeently, a few novel techniques have been succeassfully used to fabricate tissue engineering scaffold for the improvement of biomaterial property. In this paper, a comprehensive review of the research history and current status of laser techniques for the fabrication of the tissue engineering scaffold was presented. Comparison of the main advantages between the scaffold fabricated by femtosecond pulse laser and of the structural and the scaffold fabricated by conventional long pulse laser has been carried out, suggesting that femtosecond pulse laser is a potential application for fabrication of the tissue engineering scaffold.
