| 摘 要： | 分析了铝合金散热器结构工艺性特点,介绍了压铸型的浇注系统及模具结构设计,用p-Q2图验证了浇注系统的设计并优化了压铸系统的匹配。经实际生产检验,该模具在使用过程中操作方便、安全,工作稳定可靠,铸件质量达到要求。

Design of Die Casting Die for Aluminum Alloy Radiator of Automobile |

| Abstract: | The structural characteristics of aluminum alloy radiator have been analyzed with introduction to the design of pouring system and die casting die structure.A p-Q2 graph has been used to validate the design of pouring system and optimize the matching of die casting system. After the trial in actual production it has been proved that the die is convenient to operate, safe and reliable and with casting quality meeting the requirements. |
