一种新型变电站防误系统的设计

摘    要:在传统防误理论的基础上,结合在变电站中的具体应用,为实现变电站防误系统的远程在线控制,避免人为因素造成的防误系统不能有效防止误操作的情况,提出了一个基于CAN总线的网络化防误系统的设计方案。利用成熟的CAN总线技术构建网络,将防止误操作的锁具、现场执行单元和后台控制机连接在一起,配合合理的软件设计实现现场信息的及时上传和后台命令的准确下达。设计实现了单一执行单元和上位机的通信操作。作为一种远程在线操作的防误系统,对于变电站综合自动化和无人值守都具有重要的意义,重点介绍了基于单片机uPSD3251的执行单元的硬件设计和软件流程。

Abstract:The CAN bus-based new design is based on the traditional preventing wrong operation and latch-up theory. It employs mature CAN bus technique to construct the network, links the locksets of preventing wrong operation, field execute units and background control machine, and fits with proper design of software to realize in-time upper transmission of field information and background PC order correctly command. This design make the communication of single execute unit and monitoring PC to reality. As a remote online operation prevent mishandling system, itg very important to synthesis automation and unattended substation are aslo illustrated. The design of hardware of execute units and flow of software based on uPSD3251 CPU.
