挤压铸造铝基复合材料凝固偏析研究

摘    要:挤压铸造制备了Al2O3,f/Al—4.5Cu复合材料,研究了不同冷却速度对复合材料凝固偏析的影响,提出偏析计算式来预测复合材料中的偏析情况。结果表明:由纤维间隙中心至纤维/基体界面或晶界处存在渐增的溶质浓度梯度:随冷却速度的加大,复合材料中偏析加剧;通过偏析模型计算可预测不同凝固条件下复合材料中偏析情况。

Abstract:Al2O3,f/Al-4.5Cu alloy composites were made by squeeze casting. The effect of cooling rate on solute segregation in composites was studied. A formula was brought forward to calculate the microsegregation level in composites. The results indicate that in composites exists the increasing copper concentration gradient from the center of the interstice between fibers to the interface or the grain boundaries. The concentration segregation in the matrix is increased with cooling rate rising. The microsegregation level in composites can be calculated in different solidification conditions with the predicting formula.
