高应力破碎岩体中巷道支护技术的应用与研究

摘    要:金川矿区不良岩层较多,岩体结构面十分发育,岩体整体强度低,地应力大。巷道掘进后围岩变形量大,变形速率快,支护体破坏严重,其中40%的开拓巷道需在半年内重新进行返修。基于高应力破碎岩体及采矿过程的扰动影响,主要叙述了包括高强度锚杆锚索支护、底部钢管梁支护及早期强度最大化等巷道支护新工艺、新材料的施工技术措施,对支护参数等相关技术问题进行了分析探讨,提出了提高岩体强度、支护体强度及确保巷道稳定性的有关技术措施,提高了岩体自身的承载能力,加强了巷道的整体稳定性。

Application and research of the supporting technology in high-stress fractured rock roadway

Abstract:Jinchuan mining area has a lot of bad strata, well developed rock mass structural plane, low overall strength of rock mass, and high ground stress. After tunneling, large deformation of surrounding rock happens under big deformation rate and supporting body damage is serious. There into, 40% of the development roadway should be repaired again within six months. Based on disturbance under high stress rock mass and mining process, this paper discusses the new roadway support technology including high strength bolting and rope support, the base steel pipe beam support, the early strength maximization and construction technique measure of the new support material, support parameter. Finally, some technical measures are put forward to ensure the stability of roadway and improve strength of rock mass and the supporting body.
