摘    要:泰山不锈钢厂在组织生产不锈钢过程中,通过现场分析和生产组织优化,运用甘特图排定了各种连浇炉数下的生产组织模式,确定最佳连浇炉数。通过推行准时计划作业制生产,单浇次平均浇注炉数由4.5炉提高到9.5炉,每月可减少中间包消耗28个,节约资金110万元。

Abstract:In the course of organizing production of stainless steel, through field analysis and production organization optimization, The Taishan Stainless Steel Plant adopted Gantt charts to schedule the production organization modes of various continuous casting heats and to determine the best continuous casting heats. Through implementing operating system for the production plan on schedule, average pouring heats in one continuous casting were increased to 9.5 heats from 4.5 heats, the tundish consumption can be reduced by 28 per month, saving money 1.1 million Yuan per month.
