茉莉精油β-环糊精包合物的结构指征

摘    要:对茉莉精油 β 环糊精包合物进行鉴别。分别采用X 射线衍射线、差示扫描量热法及扫描电镜对包合物的晶体结构、焓变及形状进行分析研究。X 射线衍射法及差示扫描量热法均显示 :茉莉精油 β 环糊精包合物与两者的混合物以及 β 环糊精的本身截然不同 ;扫描电镜显示出包合物结构完整 ,颗粒大小均匀。茉莉精油被 β 环糊精包合后 ,呈现出与茉莉精油及 β 环糊精均不相同的新的物相特征。

Abstract:The objective of this study is to examine the characteristics of essential iol of Jasmimum Sambac embedded in beta-Cyclodextrin (β-CD). The embedded compound was identified by methods of differential scanning colorimetry (DSC), X-ray powder diffractometry, infrared spectroscopy(IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Results showed the characteristic spectrum of IR and X-ray powder diffractometry of the embedded compound. The embeddded compound exhibited some new physical characteristics that were considerably different from both essential oil of Jasmimum Sambac and beta-Cyclodextrin.
