摘    要:分析了目前运营车辆调度存在的问题,提出了运营车辆监控调度策略,应用全球定位系统(GPS)技术、通信技术以及计算机技术,构建出运营车辆监控管理系统,以有效解决运营车辆的静态调度缺陷。实验结果表明,基于GPS的运营车辆动态监控调度,可极大地改善运营车辆监控管理调度的效果,提高运营车辆的运营效率和服务质量,为运营车辆智能化调度提供切实可行的技术支持。

Abstract:The existent problems of public traffic vehicles (PTV) dispatching are analyzed, this paper proposes dispatching and monitoring strategy for PTV. G lobal position system, communication computer technologies and so on are applie d to structuring the system of monitoring and management for the vehicles on the basis of the strategy, so as to solve the shortcoming of static dispatching for PTV effectively. The experimental results demonstrate that implementing dynamic dispatching strategy of PTV with GPS could improve the performance and effect o f dynamic dispatching for PTV, also operation efficiency and service quality wou ld be enchanted. The feasible technology support will be provided for intellige nt dispatching of urban PTV.
